Therapy Modalities

In my therapeutic work,  I collaborate with clients to formulate an approach that best fit their needs. I  acknowledge that everyone has their own unique experiences and set of challenges, that there is not a one- size-fits-all approach when it comes to a client's unique therapeutic  process.   In my work, I draw from evidence-based practices that include cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), mindfulness practice, trauma informed practice including dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).  I work with people struggling with anxiety and panic disorders, low mood, relationship struggles, grief and loss, trauma and more.
