Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
In my therapeutic work, I collaborate with clients in order to formulate an approach that best fit their needs. I acknowledge that everyone has their own unique experiences and set of challenges and there is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to therapeutic approaches. I draw from evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness practice, trauma informed practice that includes dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I work with people struggling with anxiety and panic disorders, low mood, relationship struggles, grief and loss, and trauma.
